*If you enroll with a 50% deposit, balances will be due by July 1. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for dancers who cancel their participation. In the event that the Institute cannot be held onsite due reasons related to COVID 19, it will be held during the same days of September 2-6 in a virtual format. In the event that the program is held onsite, but some are not able to make it due to travel restrictions or unsafe conditions for travel, those unable to make it due to this reason will be credited for everything except the initial commitment deposit. That credit will be able to be used toward any program produced and owned by Francisco Gella Dance Works within the next 12 months. For dancers with an injury or illness that takes place prior to the start of the Institute, which is documented on letterhead by a licensed physician or physical therapist, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. In the case of any injury or illness, a documented note or letter from a licensed physician printed on letterhead stating that the student is not medically fit or able to participate must be submitted before a refund will be considered.
